The government has announced that all homes will have to get an energy audit – costing up to $1500 each before they will be able to sell. The house will then have to comply with the audit potentially costing an additional tens of thousands of dollars or more. If the cost of compliance exceeds the cost of your dwelling then it is likely its value of your dwelling could become nothing! and it could be cheaper just to demolish it (so much for recycling).

These costs are in addition to other property related costs going through the roof! Water costs have skyrocketed unnecessarily. Power costs have skyrocketed unnecessarily. Council’s impose Eco costs.

Cost of new homes have also skyrocketed because of BASIX (energy) compliance because of solar, rainwater, fluorescent lighting, double glazing, insulation, awning/screening and other requirements.

As wages arnt following the same upward trajectory as green compliance guess other areas of peoples personal budgets will need to be savaged.

What we are seeing is the continual erosion of freedom. Our government no longer listens to the people but to the UN IPCC. We no longer have government by the people or for the people bu government under the direction of UN global governance. The surrender has begun!
