The world as we know it

Green governments against the people

It seems to be a daily occurrence that the abuse of power by governments constantly increases. Not only do we have governments that do as they please, ignoring their sacred democratic duty to do the peoples will, we now have the police enforcing the governments bidding, and that against the people. When those who speak out against government corruption are targeted by the police you know we have entered a very dangerous time indeed if not a very revealing time as to how corrupt these governments have become and how intent they are in abusing their positions of office, not to benefit the people but to use the people for their own benefit.

As these governments (eg Australia, Britain, US etc) bow down to the UN – a foreign power – and against the constitutions of their own countries they push the fraud of global warming, refuse due diligence, refuse transparency and FOI on their data, refuse debate, falsely claim the consensus is in when the only consensus they had was a falsely fabricated one. These government protagonists are hypocrites of the highest order, often obscenely wealthy whilst telling even the poorest of their citizens that they must cut back to save the planet. Often these protagonists like Garnaut have little qualifications relevant to their global warming theology but often are on global governance bodies like the Trilateral Commission and seek to control the narrative and deceive the public.

Meanwhile the world cools and dangerously so, the sun slumbers but the politicians and the mainstream media ignore and obscure the issue from the public’s mind. As funds should have been set aside for shortened growing seasons, food security, keeping energy cheap, etc instead obscene amounts of taxpayers money was funneled into the pockets of the political elite through ponzi schemes such as useless windfarms, solar power etc many which were hugely expensive, incredibly inefficient and appallingly wasteful – only to go bankrupt in a very short period of time. Additional billions were wasted on extravagant climate conferences all over the world, attended by governments and proliferating non government organisations whose directors were paid obscene amounts of money. The there have been the hundreds of millions wasted on lying green propaganda, false science etc. These climate criminals should be behind bars.

Unless these charlatans and snake oil salesman are removed from public office and positions of power in the first instance then our freedoms and rights that are fast disappearing will become non existent and the laws we once had to protect us will now be laws used to enslave us. We need to return to government by and for the people – an unelected, undemocratic UN is not what the people want or asked for or have any mechanisms for the people to control and must be abolished.

The greatest fraud in the history of science

The Durban Disaster

It seems the climate communists at the global warming parade refuse to give up, like snake oil salesmen insisting their their fraud is legitimate. As the world wakes up to their lies, their proliferating NGO’s (non government organisations) continue to scam billions from sympathetic governments who in many cases get political donations in return. It’s called the money go-round. Not that different to charities who pay their directors obscene salaries whilst they publicly champion causes for the poor. Bit like Al Gores hundreds of millions in personal wealth, multitude of luxury houses, regular private jet flights whilst lecturing the rest of us we need to tighten our belts for the sake of the planet. Durban hopefully will be the ass of the global warming movement – never to be seen again as the world faces deepening cold, sea level rise deceleration and much more important, real and solvable problems than the global warming climate porn that has been shoved down our throats through a compliant media for decades..

Meanwhile red Gillard pushes ahead with her climate communism as the carbon commodities crash and burn, as the rest of the world runs the other way from Kyoto and any climate accord and as Australians protest against her fabian socialist wealth redistribution agenda. Never before have we had a PM and political party who’s allegiance is to a foreign power (the UN) and who so fight against the Australian people and what they want. Whilst our homeless die from cold in the streets, the ALP encourage boat people and then grants them luxuries many Australians could only dream of. Whilst our elderly die from cold in their beds the ALP implements its warming taxes in a cooling world and hikes up the cost of power. Whilst the ALP calls those who demonstrate against it – extremists, it works to shut down free speech and criticism of the government. Whilst the Climate Commissioner and many politicians enjoy their waterfront houses they are telling the rest of us we are going to drown from rising sea levels – well that’s what the government reports say even though observation and facts say the opposite.

The disconnect between the people and their so called representatives is nothing short of disgusting, appalling and criminal. The people are not getting the Australia they want and voted for but a debilitating, impoverishing destructive climate communism based on deceit, lies and outright fraud. Those in power are guilty of the greatest crimes against our nation and really should be in prison cells instead of in parliament! We need an election now so the people can have true leaders instead of wolves in sheep’s clothing!

No separation of Green Church and State

Your future (left) under the ALP (Australian Labor Party).

It seems the Church of Green with it’s high priests and priestesses of global warming are firmly enmeshed in the state, in positions of power and consequently dictating government policy and direction whilst ignoring the opposing will of the populace.

Meanwhile the bastardisation of science by AGW (anthropogenic global warming – or man made global warming) continues as exposed by climategate. Climategate has shown that science can indeed be a religion and is becoming more so every day with AGW beliefs departing from reality. As day by day AGW claims are being exposed as lies, the world isn’t warming but cooling, release of emails between AGW scientists show most if not all of AGW is fabricated fraud and then the AGW propaganda pushed exposes the vested political and financial interests of the UN & it’s puppet governments, the government funded AGW gravy train, the huge waste and abuse of taxpayers funds on the AGW fraud (billions and billions of dollars so far).

The global warming fraud has modeled itself on the church with god being replaced by the planet and sins against god replaced with sins against mother earth. There has been the guilt trips and the penance, how we must pay for the sins against our grandchildren, and how the Green Church is teaching our children to hate us because of a supposed nightmare that day by day reality shows is unlikely. Sea levels arn’t rising at a greater rate, storms arn’t increasing, the earth isn’t burning up.

Yet despite the exposure of the fraud the Australian governments keeps pushing the lie and pushing ahead with a fraudulent carbon tax that will do nothing for the climate or emissions. Mega government departments are being created to scrutinise and penalise citizens who do not agree with the fraud,  The vilification of opponents, seen again with Craig Knowles calling opponents of  the governments idiocy as having extreme views. This is like ALP PM calling opponents to her tax as extremists. Controlling the fraudulent narrative has been very important part of the deception as has marginalising and discriminating against those of the populace who have chosen to speak up about it. Whilst other governments are sensibly backing off, this government is going full steam ahead with the green religions fraud.

So we now have a situation where there is no separation between the green church and state. Basic civil rights are being progressively removed by the ALP’s insistence of the green religion, it’s socialism desire for climate communism to rule every part of our lives. Whilst the constitution and federalism is being trashed, the ALP continues it’s imperialism with supposed impunity.

Scientific heresy ;

The ALP regulating corruption

It seems the socialist comrades at the ALP gulag are in full swing. In scenes out of history, like Hitlers Ministry of Propaganda, rather than behaving in a credible and professional manner that would bring praise, the ALP instead choose to continue to act corruptly, spin, spin, spin and now (since the spin and lies arnt working) try and make it illegal to criticise the government now with the implementation of heavy penalties.

With the carbon tax, if prices rise because of it then you cannot blame the government. If you do so the ALP will fine you excessively. GWPF reports;

Australian Competition and Consumer Commission issues warnings to businesses that they will face whopping fines of up to $1.1m if they blame the carbon tax for price rises“.

Labor have done their modelling to show price rises will be tiny, bit like the climate modelling that the global warming alarmists did. Crap in to give crap out – they will say whatever they want them to say. People being slugged with massive increases in electricity already see the lies of this government and how they are being impoverished by government lies.

Then there’s the ALP’s media inquiry – stacked with sympathisers whilst waging war on it’s opponents and free speech. And to think the fortress mentality of the left’s groupthink is that they can’t understand that most of the population do not agree with them, either that or they just don’t care and will abuse their positions of representation to implement their own elitist ideals that the people they are meant to represent don’t want.

But now it’s just not the fraudulent carbon tax policy that this corrupt ALP regime are making it illegal to be criticised for;

The Sunherald reports “Childcare centres that raise fees from January 1st and blame the federal government’s overhaul of the industry will be named and shamed“.

An inept Labor government, continuing it’s socialist restructuring of our society against the peoples will and it refuses to take the blame for anything. Yet look at this clanger;

The Australia Institute reports; “Under Gillard’s carbon tax Orica will receive a windfall of $13 million per year“.

Gee not only will the carbon tax not lower global temperatures, not reduce emissions but now it will handsomely reward our biggest polluters. Don’t worry Labor will insist it’s failed policies are not it’s fault. Boat people dying are not due to it’s policies of luring them here by sea, insulation deaths and house fires are not because of it’s maladministration of a stupid policy, BER buildings that don’t work are not because of it’s ineptness in implementing what should have been a straightforward policy with checks and balances.

How long before the ALP imprison those who point out it’s corruption?. Under the ALP politics has sunk to a new level in Australia, never before seen in this country. In trying to silence the critics of it’s abhorrent behaviour the ALP is simply acting like North Korea. Democracy is dead under Gillard, the people no longer matter and for that reason the people will no longer vote for it. RIP ALP.

Goldman Sachs ruling the world through global warming

Some salient notes and posts around the web. Interesting reading, interesting times!

From Qualimetrics;

Carbon trading is a scheme that was proposed by Goldman Sachs, and has now made it through the White House and the Senate. It’s based on putting a cap on the emissions that a particular business is allowed to produce. Oil companies understandably aren’t thrilled about that, but they are still making some green by being closely tied in with financial and investment firms. So who really gains from this new carbon emissions trading system? Again, it’s the financial companies like Goldman Sachs who make the most on it, just like usual. The rich get richer and the poor get taxed. In 2009, the entire carbon emissions trading operation of Constellation Energy was purchased by Goldman Sachs“.

As Alan Caruba says;

At what point will it finally occur to the pea-brained legion of journalists, academics, alleged scientists, United Nations propagandists, and others still blathering about “global warming” and “climate change” that there is no global warming and that the climate has been changing for the past 4.5 billion years on planet Earth?

Senator Inhofe says;

the first climategate scandal – and the over one hundred errors in the IPCC science that were revealed in its wake – were not enough. the apparent release of the Climategate 2.0 emails is just one more reason to halt the Obama EPA’s job killing warming agenda.

Jean,

We (Mike H) have done a modest amount of work on degree-days for G-S. They now want to extend this. They are involved in dealing in the developing energy futures market.

G-S (Goldman Sachs) is the sort of company that we might be looking for a ‘strategic alliance’ with. I suggest the four of us meet with ?? (forgotten his name) for an hour on the afternoon of Friday 12 June (best guess for Phil & Jean – he needs a date from us). Thanks.

Gee Trevor is it the green environment you are after or the greenbacks?

Until Mr. Mario Monti became the new Prime Minister of Italy he was an international adviser for Goldman Sachs. The 2010 Annual Report from Goldman Sachs lists him

In April 2010 New American reported that the following are just a few of the many Goldman Sachs associates that can be found in the Obama administration;

William Dudley, president of the Federal Reserve of New York, is a managing director and partner of Goldman Sachs; Gary Gensler, hairman of Commodity Future’s Commission, spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs; Mark Peterson, chief of staff to Timothy Geithner, is a former lobbyist for Goldman Sachs; Philip Murphy, nominated for ambassador to Germany, is a former Goldman executive; and Diana Farrell, Deputy Director to the National Economic Counsel, was formerly with Goldman Sachs.

In Australia, Malcolm Turnbull, ex leader of the opposition sided with the government and pushed the global warming policies to the total disregard of the Australian people and the Liberal Party.

Chicago Climate Exchange which folded this week was setup with Obama, Gore, Goldman, Joyce Foundation CCX partners to fleece USA of around $10 trillion a year

Malcolm invests in climate change ; In less than 12 months the savings of millions of people will vanish and Goldman Sachs will rule the world ; Previous requests to Malcolm Turnbull to declare his financial interests in Global Warming and carbon trading have been met with a stony silence. The subterfuge of controlling the global warming narrative

This is not science the way we were told it works. This is not independent scientists working without conflicts of interest focusing on the data, submitting their results for independent assessment, being at arms length to the assessors and publishers. No this is real life story of the control of the press (Nature, Science and others), control of the editors and attacks on the non compliant ones, control of peer review, vilification of opponents work, manipulating political processes and controlling the narrative. This is a process where more of the ‘scientists’ energy is put into controlling their positions than seems is ever put into the science. And keep in mind these guys are on the government payroll and should be open and transparent in all their dealings.

This is also a story of a select group of individuals in positions of power paid for by the taxpayers, believing they are above reproach and cannot be wrong. This is about the religious fervor with which these global warming scientists banded together on group think to meet, plot and enact compliant acts of vilification against scientists whose studies threatened their work. There are few degrees of separation, if any between these so called scientists and the highest powers in many of the worlds nations. Additionally there is the menace of those in global governance aiding and abetting them. The following emails are almost a script for a movie on global warming eco elite’s subterfuge.

HI Mark,

Thanks for your comments, and sorry to any of you who don’t wish to receive these correspondances…

Indeed, I have provided David Halpern with a written set of comments on the offending paper(s) for internal use, so that he was armed w/ specifics as he confronts the issue within OSTP. He may have gotten additional comments from other individuals as well–I’m not sure. I believe that the matter is in good hands with Dave, but we have to wait and see what happens. In any case, I’d be happy to provide my comments to anyone who is interested.

I think that a response to “Climate Research” is not a good idea. Phil and I discussed this, and agreed that it would be largely unread, and would tend to legitimize a paper which many of us don’t view as having passed peer review in a legitimate manner. On the other hand, the in prep. review articles by Jones and Mann (Rev. Geophys.), and Bradley/Hughes/Diaz (Science) should go along way towards clarification of the issues (and, at least tangentially, refutation of the worst of the claims of Baliunas and co). Both should be good resources for the FAR as well…

cheers,

mike

paper. Would Bradley, Mann, Hughes et al. be willing to develop and appropriate rebuttal? If so, the question at hand is where it would be best to direct such a response. Some options are:

1) A rebuttal in Climate Research
2) A rebuttal article in a journal of higher reputation
3) A letter to OSTP

The first is a good approach, as it keeps the argument to the level of the current publication. The second would be appropriate if the Soon and Baliunas paper were gaining attention at a more general level, but it is not. Therefore, a rebuttal someplace like Science or Nature would probably do the opposite of what is desired here by raising the attention to the paper. The best way to take care of getting better science out in a widely read journal is the piece that Bradley et al. are preparing for Nature. This leaves the idea of a rebuttal in Climate Research as the best published approach.

A letter to OSTP is probably in order here. Since the White House has shown interest in this paper, OSTP really does need to receive a measured, critical discussion of flaws in Soon and Baliunas’ methods. I agree with Tom that a noted group from the detection and attribution effort such as Mann, Crowley, Briffa, Bradley, Jones and Hughes should spearhead such a letter. Many others of us could sign on in support. This would provide Dave Halpern with the ammunition he needs to provide the White House with the needed documentation that hopefully will dismiss this paper for the slipshod work that it is. Such a letter could be developed in parallel with a rebuttal article.

I have not received all of the earlier e-mails, so my apologies if I am rehashing parts of the discussion that might have taken place elsewhere.

Cheers,
Mark

Dear Tom et al,

Thanks for comments–I see we’ve built up an impressive distribution list here!

This seemed like an appropriate point for me to chime in here. By in large, I agree w/ Tom’s comments (and those of Barrie’s as well). A number of us have written reviews and overviews of this topic during the past couple years. There has been a lot of significant scientific process in this area (both with regard to empirical “climate reconstruction” and in the area of model/data comparison), including, in fact, detection studies along the lines of what Barrie Pittock asked about in a previous email (see. e.g. Tom Crowley’s Science article from 2000). Phil Jones and I are in the process of writing a review article for /Reviews of Geophysics/ which will, among other things, dispel the most severe of the myths that some of these folks are perpetuating regarding past climate change in past centuries. My understanding is that Ray Bradley, Malcolm Hughes, and Henry Diaz are working, independently, on a solicited piece for /Science/ on the “Medieval Warm Period”. Many have simply dismissed the Baliunas et al pieces because, from a scientific point of view, they are awful–that is certainly true. For example, Neville has pointed out in a previous email, that the standard they applied for finding “a Medieval Warm Period” was that a particular proxy record exhibit a 50 year interval during the period that was anomalously *warm*, *wet*, or *dry* relative to the “20th century” (many of the proxy records don’t really even resolve the late 20th century!) could be used to define an “MWP” anywhere one might like to find one. This was the basis for their press release arguing for a “MWP” that was “warmer than the 20th century” (a non-sequitur even from their awful paper!) (it is worth noting that …) and for their bashing of IPCC and scientists who contributed to IPCC (which, I understand, has been particularly viscious and ad hominem inside closed rooms in Washington DC where their words don’t make it into the public record). This might all seem laughable, it weren’t the case that they’ve gotten the (Bush) White House Office of Science & Technology taking it as a serious matter (fortunately, Dave Halpern is in charge of this project, and he is likely to handle this appropriately, but without some external pressure).

So while our careful efforts to debunk the myths perpetuated by these folks may be useful in the FAR, they will be of limited use in fighting the disinformation campaign that is already underway in Washington DC. Here, I tend to concur at least in sprit w/ Jim Salinger, that other approaches may be necessary. I would emphasize that there are indeed, as Tom notes, some unique aspects of this latest assault by the skeptics which are cause for special concern. This latest assault uses a compromised peer-review process as a vehicle for launching a scientific disinformation campaign (often viscious and ad hominem) under the guise of apparently legitimately reviewed science, allowing them to make use of the “Harvard” moniker in the process. Fortunately, the mainstream media never touched the story (mostly it has appeared in papers owned by Murdoch and his crowd (the demonising of Murdoch begins, which is still being pursued by Gillard) , and dubious fringe on-line outlets). Much like a server which has been compromised as a launching point for computer viruses, I fear that “Climate Research” has become a hopelessly compromised vehicle in the skeptics’ (can we find a better word?) (yes denier was what they chose). disinformation campaign, and some of the discussion that I’ve seen (e.g. a potential threat of mass resignation among the legitimate members of the CR editorial board) seems, in my opinion, to have some potential merit.

This should be justified not on the basis of the publication of science we may not like of course, but based on the evidence (e.g. as provided by Tom and Danny Harvey and I’m sure there is much more) that a legitimate peer-review process has not been followed by at least one particular editor. Incidentally, the problems alluded to at GRL are of a different nature–there are simply too many papers, and too few editors w/ appropriate disciplinary expertise, to get many of the papers submitted there properly reviewed. Its simply hit or miss with respect to whom the chosen editor is. While it was easy to make sure that the worst papers, perhaps including certain ones Tom refers to, didn’t see the light of the day at /J. Climate/, it was inevitable that such papers might slip through the cracks at e.g. GRL–there is probably little that can be done here, other than making sure that some qualified and responsible climate scientists step up to the plate and take on editorial positions at GRL.

best regards,

Mike

Dear friends,

I think Barrie Pittock has the right idea — although there are some unique things about this situation. Barrie says ….

(1) There are lots of bad papers out there
(2) The best response is probably to write a ‘rebuttal’

to which I add ….

(3) A published rebuttal will help IPCC authors in the 4AR.

____________________

Let me give you an example. There was a paper a few years ago by Legates and Davis in GRL (vol. 24, ppREDACTED 1997) that was nothing more than a direct and pointed criticism of some work by Santer and me — yet neither of us was asked to review the paper. We complained, and GRL admitted it was poor judgment on the part of the editor. Eventually (> 2 years later) we wrote a response (GRLREDACTEDREDACTEDHowever, our response was more that just a rebuttal, it was an attempt to clarify some issues on detection. In doing things this way we tried to make it clear that the original Legates/Davis paper was an example of bad science (more bluntly, either sophomoric ignorance or deliberate misrepresentation).

Any rebuttal must point out very clearly the flaws in the original paper. If some new science (or explanations) can be added — as we did in the above example — then this is an advantage.

_____________________________

There is some personal judgment involved in deciding whether to rebut. Correcting bad science is the first concern. Responding to unfair personal criticisms is next. Third is the possible misrepresentation of the results by persons with ideological or political agendas. On the basis of these I think the Baliunas paper should be rebutted by persons with appropriate expertise. Names like Mann, Crowley, Briffa, Bradley, Jones, Hughes come to mind. Are these people willing to spend time on this?

_______________________________

There are two other examples that I know of where I will probably be involved in writing a response.

The first is a paper by Douglass and Clader in GRL (vol. 29, no. 16, 10.1029/2002GLREDACTED). I refereed a virtually identical paper for J. Climate, recommending rejection. All the other referees recommended rejection too. The paper is truly appalling — but somehow it must have been poorly reviewed by GRL and slipped through the net. I have no
reason to believe that this was anything more than chance. Nevertheless, my judgment is that the science is so bad that a response is necessary.

The second is the paper by Michaels et al. that was in Climate Research (vol. 23, ppREDACTED Danny Harvey and I refereed this and said it should be rejected. We questioned the editor (deFreitas again!) and he responded saying …

The MS was reviewed initially by five referees. … The other three referees, all reputable atmospheric scientists, agreed it should be published subject to minor revision. Even then I used a sixth person to help me decide. I took his advice and that of the three other referees and sent the MS back for revision. It was later accepted for publication. The refereeing process was more rigorous than usual.

On the surface this looks to be above board — although, as referees who advised rejection it is clear that Danny and I should have been kept in the loop and seen how our criticisms were responded to.

It is possible that Danny and I might write a response to this paper — deFreitas has offered us this possibility.

______________________________

This second case gets to the crux of the matter. I suspect that deFreitas deliberately chose other referees who are members of the skeptics camp. I also suspect that he has done this on other occasions. How to deal with this is unclear, since there are a number of individuals with bona fide scientific credentials who could be used by an unscrupulous editor to ensure that ‘anti-greenhouse’ science can get through the peer review process (Legates, Balling, Lindzen, Baliunas,
Soon, and so on).

The peer review process is being abused, but proving this would be difficult.

The best response is, I strongly believe, to rebut the bad science that does get through.

_______________________________

Jim Salinger raises the more personal issue of deFreitas. He is clearly giving good science a bad name, but I do not think a barrage of ad hominem attacks or letters is the best way to counter this.

If Jim wishes to write a letter with multiple authors, I may be willing to sign it, but I would not write such a letter myself.

In this case, deFreitas is such a poor scientist that he may simply disappear. I saw some work from his PhD, and it was awful (Pat Michaels’ PhD is at the same level).

Best wishes to all,
Tom.

Subject: Australia’s Skeptic Problem

Dear Hadley Centre –or whoever can advise on our problem.

We have a serious problem in Australia at the moment, in the shape of an independent senator who holds the balance of power over the government in its efforts to pass legislation on Emissions Control.

I’ll leave aside the fact that the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme as it is known is actually a Reallocation scheme, which is not designed to reduce emissions in Australia but merely offset them in such dubious enterprises as “stopping deforestation” in Indonesia, and also plans to give away permits to all the biggest polluters. All of us who are seriously concerned about climate change ( you might think that would be most Australians) would like to see this minimalist scheme scrapped and replaced with a serious commitment, but there is a small group of “Climate Skeptics” who want neither and are having a disproportionate effect on the public view.

The main drive behind this skeptic movement appears to be the Heartland Institute, and its local front group “the Australian Climate Science Coalition” ( in whose title the only significant word is COAL ) This group is strongly supported by the Murdoch owned “Australian” newspaper, which prints frequent articles by skeptic “scientists”, and opinion pieces by its own resident “deniers”, and has considerable punch with public opinion. Consequently there is here still “a Debate” on whether CO2 is causing Global Warming, and for that matter whether there is global warming “any longer”.

The ACSC has, in my opinion, identified Senator Steve Fielding as someone who can push their agenda along for them; in effect to be a sort of Trojan Horse to spread their misinformation virus through the community and government. An example of the insidious effectiveness of this Campaign is that right now we have Al Gore here, firing up his
initiates, and talking to Kevin Rudd ( in such a way as to make him say things that go way beyond anything he planned to do, but he’s like Tony Blair I’m afraid), but given EQUAL time in the news is Steve Fielding, who also wanted to talk to Gore to see if he could “answer his question”. (Gore didn’t meet him).

This is where you come in, and I apologise for the rambling intro. Fielding’s “question”, which he says our scientists can’t answer, is “why have temperatures for the last 15 years stayed the same or fallen when CO2 levels have risen?” (you don’t need to answer this!) But as evidence of this he has “a graph(attached)”, which according to his website is YOURS! You can find this same graph in many skeptic publications, sometimes onlyREDACTED I’m quite familiar with the Hadley Temp graph for the last 150 years and this section only has a slight resemblance to it. It does however have more
resemblance if you tilt the axis —but why would you do that?

If you’ll bear with me, my other attachment is some analysis I did on a curious graph published by the ACSC, and attributed to a presenter at the Heartland Institute conference on Climate Change in New York in March ’09. It tries to show that the current variation in temperature is cyclical – and therefore natural, but to make the Hadley Data fit the
requirements some changes had to be made. First the section pre 1880 was removed, and then the graph was apparently distorted into this wavy shape, which I have repeated in “fig REDACTEDAs a matter of interest I have given my suggested trend line in “fig 4″. It is evident that one would not have much chance of persuading anyone of the lack of a warming
trend by presenting the data in this fashion.

What I would really like from you is a statement that the graph attributed to you seriously misrepresents the data and has evidently been re-packaged with the intention to mislead. The change is NOT a matter of “scientific interpretation”. I would then forward your reply to Senator Fielding, along with your simple and adequate notes on “climate facts” -which are all the facts currently being peddled as myths around Australia.

While we may only be a small country, we unfortunately punch well above our weight, both in being a CoalMine, and in sabotaging Kyoto for so many years – and now arguably trying to sabotage Copenhagen.

Andy and Mike,

I plan to speak with Ian Noble about this this evening. Ian has good political connections here (but remember, ours is routinely the first government to endorse whatever Bush says/does on climate change!).

I will be meeting with the Acting Director of the Australian Greenhouse Office next week, and will explore a bit further.

Andy/Tony,

I have followed the news, and seen a copy of the February 2001 memo from Exxon to Bush that started this thing rolling.

I take a rather relaxed view of this. Watson does not have an unalienable right to chair IPCC and a change may be good anyway. Pauchari from TERI in India, anyway, seems unlikely to me to ‘let USA off the hook’. The upsetting thing of course is the lobbying by Exxon and the giving way to it by Bush, but we have known this all along is a problem with the Bush administration.

Susan Solomon who is likely to end up chairing WGI from the USA is a top quality scientist and will let the ‘science speak loud and clear’ I believe.

The outcome of all this should be known after the Geneva Plenary in 10 days time.

All the best,

Mike

Dear Professor Hulme,

I am writing to ask if it would be possible to arrange a meeting between yourself and Simon Retallack. Simon is leading research on ippr s International Taskforce on Climate Change, a high-level, cross-party collaboration including leaders from politics, business, civil society and science from around the world, which we would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss with you. Simon is very sorry he has not been able to get in touch personally as he has back to back meetings in the U.S and U.K at the moment.

Welcomed by Prime Minister Tony Blair and founded by the Institute for Public Policy Research in London, the [1]Center for American Progress in Washington DC and the [2]Australia Institute in Canberra, the Taskforce was launched in March this year. Its purpose is to provide advice on how to help ensure climate change is addressed effectively over the long term by identifying new ways of securing international cooperation. Its recommendations will be aimed at all governments, with special emphasis on the UK, as it holds the presidencies of both the G8 and the EU in 2005, and Tony
Blair has publicly announced that he wants to make advancing international action on climate change a key priority.

We would greatly appreciate the chance to tell you more about the work of the Taskforce and seek your advice on key aspects of the research programme that the Taskforce has commissioned to inform its final recommendations due early next year.

I apologise for the short notice, but it would be very helpful if you had the time to meet. If you agree, are there any times on the 20^th, 21^st, 22^nd, 23^rd, 26^th, 28^th or the 30^th July when you might be free?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Professor McKitrick’s report focuses on the reporting procedures of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The intellectual bullying, which has been a feature of the behaviour of some global warming zealots,  makes this report necessary reading if there is to be an objective assessment of all of the arguments. The attempt of many to close down the debate is disgraceful, and must be resisted.

Ross McKitrick has written a well-researched and articulate critique of the IPCC’s methods.  It deserves careful study, especially by those who remain in an agnostic state on this issue.

A climate of corruption

The last 24 hours has seen the second leaking of emails of ‘scientists’ from the ‘hallowed halls’ of governments (state, federal and global) and it is much more of the same as climategate 1. Corruption, lies, fraud, deception, unaccountability, refusal of transparency etc You would have thought those in power learnt their lesson after climategate pt 1 but no there were the repeated whitewashes, repeated cover ups, repeated spin, repeated attacks on and vilification of skeptics and the hellish push to get the climate cash through via a massive social re-engineering trojan carbon tax.

An example of how those in government positions and in the UN refuse to be accountable to the public;

<2440> Jones: “I’ve been told that IPCC is above national FOI Acts. One way to cover yourself and all those working in AR5 would be to delete all emails at the end of the process

And;

<2884> Wigley: Mike, The Figure you sent is very deceptive [...] there have been a number of dishonest presentations of model results by individual authors and by IPCC [...]

Says it all doesn’t it. Don’t forget the UN is non democratic and now we learn they are also above the law. Is this the sort of global government you want our UN puppet governments to parrot! Or how about this one of Mann’s hockey stick that Al Gore paraded to the world;

<3373> Bradley: I’m sure you agree–the Mann/Jones GRL paper was truly pathetic and should never have been published. I don’t want to be associated with that 2000 year “reconstruction”.

Or if you want to follow the money;

<1577> Jones: [FOI, temperature data] Any work we have done in the past is done on the back of the research grants we get – and has to be well hidden. I’ve discussed this with the main funder (US Dept of Energy) in the past and they are happy about not releasing the original station data.

Or this one which is actually close to the truth especially as we are over a decade now into a cooling trend;

Wils: What if climate change appears to be just mainly a multidecadal natural fluctuation? They’ll kill us probably [...]

And this one hits the nail on the head;

<5131> Shukla/IGES: ["Future of the IPCC", 2008] It is inconceivable that policymakers will be willing to make billion-and trillion-dollar decisions for adaptation to the projected regional climate change based on models that do not even describe and simulate the processes that are the building blocks of climate variability.

Well they did, and that knowingly!

Should we expect the climate communists at the ALP, Gillard, Brown and their comrades to put the brakes on a carbon tax now the whole global warming fraud has been blown to bits – again! Nup, Gillard will continue to trample Australia’s democracy till it’s totally dead in the mud. Socialist Gillard wants her way and nothing not even the sacred will of the Australian people wont stop her let alone exposure of fraudulent global warming climate change junk science (Gillard has refused to listen so far).

How about this clanger from today’s paper;

SWISS banking giant UBS says the European Union’s emissions trading scheme has cost the continent’s consumers $287 billion for “almost zero impact” on cutting carbon emissions, and has warned that the EU’s carbon pricing market is on the verge of a crash next year“.

Gillard’s carbon tax will do the same. We already know that with Gillard’s carbon tax Australia wont reduce global temps, wont reduce emissions, will fund the UN’s opulence, will impoverish Australians, will cause fuel poverty and cold related deaths to skyrocket. Unabated Gillard’s Gulag against Australia continues. The ALP definitely are the most un Australian party ever. Just like the socialists ruined Spain look at how the socialist ALP are ruining Australia.

As one of the emails warn;

<3066> Thorne: I also think the science is being manipulated to put a political spin on it which for all our sakes might not be too clever in the long run.

He guessed right. The guillotine is about to fall. The climate criminals have deceived and robbed the world and now deserve to be jailed. Oh and it’s a bit late for this;

Phil, thanks for your thoughts – guarantee there will be no dirty laundry in the open. <2095> Steig:

The Global Warming loons ; Worse than we thought ; The Eurorich are still spending big ; How politics manufactured the man made global warming agenda ;

Pic via Soylent Green – a parody of the typical leftist abuse

Oh and the Church has well and truly been deceived;

My work is as Director of the national centre for climate change research, a job which requires me to translate my Christian belief about stewardship of God’s planet into research and action. <3653> Hulme:

Oh and dont forget;

<4141> Minns/Tyndall Centre:

In my experience, global warming freezing is already a bit of a public relations problem with the media

Kjellen:

I agree with Nick that climate change might be a better labelling than global warming

And finally some common sense;

No one can really forecast weather, much less climate, at this point’

Warm has always been better than Cold for humanity. Think about it.

Abandoned wind

This week was the news that over 14,000 wind turbines have been abandoned. Well this is what some of them look like. Littering the landscape as huge rusty monoliths, examples of total green madness and climate communism they are anything but good for the environment.

As they break down there is potential for soil and water contaminants further degrading and destroying the environment. Lots more pictures and details click here. Then there is the lakes of toxic waste created in China from the manufacture of these turbines. It is utterly appalling.

Then there are the federal stats that show wind is in fact not less costly than coal. Coal is cheaper, more reliable at 84% of capacity, wind runs at only 34% of capacity and that intermittently so you still need the coal fired power stations as backup.

Then we get news from KRudds adviser that the carbon tax will do nothing to increase funding to renewables, but as we see with wind farms they are a failure as an option. The totalitarian green madness always comes back with failure and that at the expense of a countries prosperity. Utter madness. Only a watermelon government like the ALP would proceed.

As for global warming well that ended over a decade ago. In recent weeks some locations have experienced temperatures 39 – yes that’s thirty nine degrees COLDER than average. All to be expected when the sun is in a flunk and will be for some time. Rational and historical climate knowledge expects the cold but the UN and it’s puppet governments refused debate, refused to allow dissenting views and formed a hollow deceptive consensus on global warming. Shouldn’t criminals like that be in jail!

Minority government committment is to a foreign power & not to Australians

On the Australian Government website, under the title of a ‘message from the PM’, Gillard makes the astonishing claim that “Commitment to the United Nations is one of the three pillars of Australia’s foreign policy“. The Age reports;

GREENS leader Bob Brown – whose party assumes sole balance of power in the Senate tomorrow – wants Australia to join an international push for a global parliament“.

Yet the UN is not democratic, those in positions of power are not voted there by the public and it’s policies are not voted on by the Australian people.

Yet the constitution states that any Federal politician is illegible to stand for or remain in federal office if;

(i) Is under any acknowledgment of allegiance, obedience, or adherence to a foreign power, or is a subject or a citizen or entitled to the rights or privileges of a subject or a citizen of a foreign power:

Gillard, Brown, Rudd all acknowledge allegiance to the UN. Does the UN qualify as a foreign power?

interpretation of ‘ foreign power (p7)’ in both limbs of s 44(i) appears to be any polity or state recognised under international law other than the Commonwealth of Australia“.

and;

Subsection 44(i) expresses the principle that members of parliament must have a clear and undivided loyalty to Australia and must not be subject to the influence of foreign governments“.

The UN is a polity though not a state it now calls countries states of its own power.

pol·i·ty [pol-i-tee]

noun, plural -ties.

1. particular form or system of government: civil polity; ecclesiastical polity.
2.the condition of being constituted as a state or other organized community or body: The polity of ancient Athens became a standard for later governments.
3.government or administrative regulation: The colonists demanded independence in matters of internal polity.
4.a state or other organized community or body.
The UN is a system of government both in definition and action. The UN is an organised committee and body. The UN has government and administrative regulation. The UN classifies itself as a GGO – Global Governance Organisation. Governance = government and is now calling countries States – as though they now have deference to it.

The Australia Act in 1986 transforming Australia into a sovereign independent nation even made the UK and the countries of the commonwealth a foreign power.

Gillard and her UN feigning associates have no qualms acknowledging publicly their allegiance, by their words and actions in implementing foreign UN policy without the consent of Australian people. This clearly shows obedience and adherence to the UN. Both Gillard and Rudd seek the rights and privileges of the UN both wanting a seat on global governance – like Clinton, Blair, Clarke and the other ex national leaders of other countries.

It has to be asked what mandate does Gillard and her UN cronies have to implement what they said they wouldn’t. Gillard has become an imperial Prime Minister who instead of representing Australian constituents increasingly acts independently of the Australian people & Australian democracy at home and abroad instead governing and ruling Australia for the UN..

The constitution clearly says allegiance to a foreign power makes a federal politician ineligible for office. When the rights of all Australians are subjugated to the direction and empowerment of the UN then the PM, Bob Brown and all the global governance elitists have breached the constitution and are no longer legally fit or eligible for office and should be removed from office immediately..

Foreign Allegiance – grounds for parliamentary disqualification

It has to be stated that when most do not believe in the green fairytale of global warming, that the globe hasn’t warmed for over a decade, that many have exposed the global warming lie as simply a cover for climate communism – using the climate as a cover to bring in a socialist global redistribution of wealth, and that the whole global warming fraud is a fabrication that has it’s origins in the UN, that the biggest financial beneficiary of the global warming scare will be the UN that how could Gillard, or the ALP or the Greens in any way support this destructive and fraudulent action against Australians.

Furthermore the Act of Settlement 1701 (Imp) which disqualified those born outside the Kingdoms of England, Scotland and Ireland and the Dominions from holding office in the Privy Council or the Parliament, and from holding any office of trust under the Crown. Gillard was not born in Australia and has not been transparent or forthcoming to prove she legally renounced her citizenship from her country of birth (Wales) prior to becoming a federal politician.

Under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 (the founding document of our Constitution) we have a right to enter into lawful rebellion if we feel we are being governed unjustly. Contrary to common belief our Sovereign and her government are only there to govern us and not to rule us and this must be done within the constraint of our Common Law and the freedoms asserted to us by such Law, nothing can become law in this country if it falls outside of this simple constraint.

Meanwhile the global warming fraud is exposed by nothing other than the climate; Judith Curry notes that so far we have had ; “a 12-year pause in rises in surface air and sea surface temperatures, and a nine-year pause in rises of ocean heat content“. But don’t let reality stop this treasonous minority government push ahead with the global warming fraud!

The wind farm lie

Reprinted with permission from crookwell.wordpress.com

Wind farms useless!

Even the monarchy is now admitting that wind farms are useless! The UK Telegraph reports on the Queens husband;

In a withering assault on the onshore wind turbine industry, the Duke said the farms were “a disgrace”.

He also criticised the industry’s reliance on subsidies from electricity customers, claimed wind farms would “never work” and accused people who support them of believing in a “fairy tale”.

It’s refreshing to see the eco elite finally agree with the rational and sane man and woman in the street. These over subsidised pieces of junk that ruin the landscape and kill huge amounts of rare and endangered birds should never have been put in let alone have taxpayers money squandered on them.

When wind farms often don’t run (when the wind doesn’t blow) it means no less coal fired power stations are being built; when projections for wind farm electricity generation are constantly exaggerated; when wind farms can cause a spike in power loads which causes other problems; when wind farms are detrimental to peoples health; when wind farms often have no clause for their removal; when most of the products involved in wind farms construction are not environmentally friendly – then this green wind farm madness must come to an end. The only people who seem to benefit from wind farms are the rent seekers who gorge themselves on the wind farm subsidies.

If the money wasted on the lie that wind farms are good for the environment was put into planting trees and repairing the landscape instead of destroying it with 40 story spinning towers we would be much, much better off.

The greatest scam of our age ; The big green lie ; 14,000 abandoned wind farms in USA ; Carbon pricing killing wind farms ; The disastrous wind farm reality ; Electromagnetic skull spasms ; Wind farm hell ; Wind energy killed a lot more Americans than nuclear ; Wind turbines devastate property values – average losses over 30% ; I feel very depressed, some days I could just curl up and cry

Wind farms do not provide large economic and job benefits ;

The ALP – acting with impunity

We should all be concerned about the future because we will have to spend the rest of our lives there.” – Charles F Kettering

ALP acting with impunity.

If there is anything that typifies and portrays Gillard, Rudd and the ALP it is how they do exactly what they want to the total disregard of the will and well being of the Australian people. Gillard and her gang of cronies can lie, have conflicts of interests, fabricate whatever they want, set whatever policy they want, disregard human rights, disregard their constituents, refuse to be transparent, refuse to be accountable, refuse due diligence, refuse duty of care, refuse due process, trash the constitution, fail to govern, act against the law, act against federalism, pledge allegiance to a foreign power, have corrupt dealings and do all the above with supposed complete impunity and pay themselves handsomely in the process – with our money!. The ALP acts as though it is above the laws they daily proliferate against the rest of us. People say of KRudd and Gillard that they are the worst PM’s in our history and yet they are still there. Drunk on their power, angry at the exposure of their corruption, in their delusional states Gillard and her gang of thieves (including Brown) see the only solution to this mess is to be free of criticism and free of scrutiny. In other words they don’t want their corruption exposed. Furthermore appallingly ALP politicians have absolutely no problem vilifying, marginalising and discriminating against any Australian they want – typically abusing ordinary Australians who stand up against their corruption.

All government without the consent of the governed is the very definition of slavery.  ~J Swift, The Drapier’s Letter

With the ALP we still have the ongoing emblematic Thomson affair where  it is alleged a federal ALP MP used union funds to pay for prostitutes,  house extensions, personal items (bit like the claims for Gillard where over a million dollars in union money went missing). Yet instead of coming clean this friend of Gillard lies and says others used his credit card despite phone calls from his phone to the brothel, his signature matching that on the card slip. Further investigation reveals this behaviour is rife within the union movements where union leaders use union funds for their own personal gain. In response Labor stands before the people showing utter contempt of them in bare faced lies excusing their corruption.

No man’s life, liberty or property are safe while the legislature is in session.  ~Author Unknown

When Gillard lies about her Fabian socialist past, makes out that as a legal lawyer in her prime she was young and naive, lies and claims when she profited handsomely from the proceeds of crime that it has been dealt with when it hasn’t, calls and threatens the media when it tries to investigate her previous behaviour, begins a media inquiry to threaten and silence those who would hold her to account and finally appoints one of her ex bosses as a court judge you know the corruption in the party goes from top to bottom. It’s called the abuse of power and stitching up her case, protecting herself by placing friends in high places.

The most important political office is that of the private citizen.  ~Louis Brandeis

Gillard further lies to her constituents (the Australian people) about policies pre election, bribes political candidates in order to gain Government despite having only a third of the primary vote, makes deals with socialist friends in power (Greens) despite being against the will of the people, acts in contradiction to what she led the people to believe, implements a useless draconian and punitive carbon tax, repeatedly refuses to answer questions about her policies and refuses to be accountable to the people. In the UN’s Gillards utter desperation Gillard goes in Women’s Weekly, on junior Masterchef etc, theres the old JuLIAR, the new JuLIAR, the real JuLIAR when the truth is nothing about her is nothing is real about her anymore except her actions to push UN policy at any and every opportunity and funnel Australia’s wealth into UN coffers and directives. The UN ALP spin doctors have created a Gillard caricature that is just a false mask for an totally false and deception woman determined to totally abuse her representative position to implement who own socialist and UN ideologies. Gillard is not dumb nor incompetent. There is a complete willingness and determined pursuit of socialist agenda blatantly exposed through wealth redistribution and social engineering policies. The nepotist governor general aids and abets this, the Queen likewise offers no resistance. And so we have a total failure of democracy in our Country by those in power.

In the absence of justice, what is sovereignty but organized robbery?  ~St. Augustine

Gillard’s ALP is also more concerned about those who don’t live here than those who do. Exposing Gillard’s carefully crafted lies are her actions. Despite her bleats that she represents 99% of us her actions show she represents almost none. Despite her laments that she wants Australia’s good she constantly acts to impoverish the nation and enrich those outside our borders. As boat people have luxury accommodation, chefs to cook their traditional cuisine, cigarettes, mobile phones, airfares and legal representation many Australian’s can no longer afford to stay warm and many including the elderly have to go to shopping centres and libraries now to stay warm. Whilst our infrastructure crumbles Gillard funds Islamic schools in Indonesia, UN seat bids, UN funding to the tune of billions. It is of no surprise then that Gillard and KRudd are more concerned about their future positions with global governance that their current responsibility to Australia. Let’s hope the UN takes them both so they be the wrecking balls in there instead of here.

Here is my first principle of foreign policy:  good government at home.  ~William Ewart Gladstone

KRudd or Dr Death as he has previously been known for decimating health services as a minister has a wife who makes hundreds of millions for her company with government contracts, has been accused of destroying legal documents, there’s the Utegate affair where Gordon Grech was thrown under the bus, the list goes on and on. KRudd is a man who cares for no one but himself, a dictator who ruled but not not governed. A egotist still desperate to take back the top job for himself.

Where you find the laws most numerous, there you will find also the greatest injustice. Arcesilaus

Meanwhile for you and I the new laws keep coming by the thousands!. And that is on top of the never ending list of laws we already have. With the useless carbon tax, that wont reduce temps or emissions we will get the green police auditing our lives, the tax impoverishing us, electricity becoming unaffordable for most and all the while the old media fails by fawning to the government, refusing investigative journalism and curtailing to the government’s desires. We watch the old media puppets as on tv every night the news is about what the little people (us) do wrong but any serious investigation into the government or it’s policies is totally ignored.

No man is good enough to govern another man without that other’s consent.  ~Abraham Lincoln

In summary Gillard’s ALP couldnt give a $#@% about the Australian people. She and her cronies will keep doing exactly what they want and that with our money and the positions of power they bribed their way into. If you think the ALP listen to you or have any interest in your future then go over the facts above again. Just watch how they snear to your face whilst behind your back they are destroying your freedoms and your voice. You want an election now? Forget it – giving you choice of representation is the last thing these crooks want!

Governments should not possess instruments of coercion and violence denied to their citizens.  ~Edgar A. Suter

Risk something, take back what is yours

Linkin Park – Hands held high – Youtube video here. Lyrics as follows;

Turn my mic up louder, I got to say something

Light weights step to the side when we come in

Feel it in your chest the syllables get pumping
People on the street they panic and start running

Words on loose leaf sheet complete coming
I jump in my mind and summon the rhyme, I’m dumping

Healing the blind I promise to let the sun in
Sick of the dark ways we march to the drum and

Jump when they tell us that they wanna see jumping
Fuck that I wanna see some fists pumping

Risk something, take back what’s yours
Say something that you know they might attack you for

Cause I’m sick of being treated like I have before
Like it’s stupid standing for what I’m standing for

Like this war’s really just a different brand of war
Like it doesn’t cater the rich and abandon poor

Like they understand you in the back of the jet
When you can’t put gas in your tank

These fuckers are laughing their way to the bank and cashing the cheque
Asking you to have compassion and have some respect

For a leader so nervous in an obvious way
Stuttering and mumbling for nightly news to replay

And the rest of the world watching at the end of the day
In their living room laughing like “what did he say?”

[Chorus:]
Amen
Amen
Amen
Amen
Amen

In my living room watching but I am not laughing
Cause when it gets tense I know what might happen

World is cold the bold men take action
Have to react or get blown into fractions

Ten years old it’s something to see
Another kid my age drugged under a jeep

Taken and bound and found later under a tree
I wonder if he had thought the next one could be me

Do you see the soldiers they’re out today
They brush the dust from bullet proof vests away

It’s ironic at times like this you pray
But a bomb blew the mosque up yesterday

There’s bombs in the buses, bikes, roads
Inside your market, your shops, your clothes

My dad he’s got a lot of fear I know
But enough pride inside not to let that show

My brother had a book he would hold with pride
A little red cover with a broken spine

On the back, he hand-wrote a quote inside
When the rich wage war it’s the poor who die

Meanwhile, the leader just talks away
Stuttering and mumbling for nightly news to replay

And the rest of the world watching at the end of the day
both scared and angry like “what did he say?”

[Chorus x6]

[x6]
With hands held high into the sky so blue,
As the ocean opens up to swallow you.

All shall fade

All shall fade

Watch Pippins song from Lord of the rings.

Whilst our lying left governments continue to push the global warming fraud, the sun is slumbering, Svensmark theory evolves, the cold deepens, oceans cool, sea levels fall and mist and shadow advance upon us steadily. Our growing seasons will shorten, food security will become an issue, there will be wars and rumours of wars.

Lest We Forget – it is time to remember!

I was an Army private… a Naval commander… an Air Force bombardier.  no man knows me… no name marks my tomb, for I am every Australian serviceman… I am the Unknown Soldier.

I died for a cause I held just in the service of my land… that you and yours may say in freedom… I am proud to be an Australian.

As we witness the daily destruction of our freedoms, our rights and our country by a socialist government that has lied to and betrayed the people we are reminded that like those before us “the price of freedom is eternal vigilance“.

We have let liars and crooks run and now ruin this great nation, and day by day they continue in their evil intent. Socialist and fabian Gillard and her ALP comrades refuse their sacred duty to govern by and for the people and instead have utter allegiance to the UN a foreign power – and that against our constitution. Today is a time where we must remember that if we are to have freedom we must fight for it, against the crooks and liars – currently those who think they know better than the rest of us and have used their representative positions to represent no one but themselves.

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.- Benjamin Franklin

Lest we forget the liars in government, the refusal of the GG to protect Australians, the control of our great country now by a foreign power, green socialism and the destruction of our prosperity, the unelected, undemocratic UN’s 0.7% of gdp cash cow;

Lest we forget the lies of the IPCC, the lies of the BOM, the lies of the CSIRO, the lies of the Union of Concerned Scientists, the lies of the climate commissioner, the lies of Al Gore,

Lest we forget the fraud of global warming, the fraud of the socialists, the fraud of the watermelons, the fraud of green money

Lest we forget – unless we stand up and fight then our country will no longer be prosperous, no longer be free and no longer belong to all Auatralians.

Lest we forget the destruction climate communism is wreaking upon our great nation!

It’s better to die fighting for freedom than to live life in chains

They went with songs to the battle, they were young.
Straight of limb, true of eyes, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Don’t let the sacrifice of those who gave their lives be in vain! We owe it to them, to ourselves and to our fellow Australians to stand up and fight for what it right in this country!

All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing! Edmund Burke

Governor General not interested in Australian democracy

Well there is no surprises here as the ALP Bill Shorten’s mother in law puts it in writing.

Dear Mr McIntyre

I refer to your correspondence to the Governor-General.  Her Excellency has asked me to reply to you on her behalf.

I have taken note of your views.  However, in a parliamentary democracy, these are matters for the Parliament to resolve and it would be inappropriate for the Governor-General to intervene.

You may wish to bring your views to the attention of your elected representatives.

Yours sincerely

Mark Fraser OAM
Deputy Official Secretary to the Governor-General

Problem is Parliament and our elected representatives have absolutely no interest in resolving the issues raised, and so it seems with written confirmation neither does the GG. We no longer have government in Australia by and for the people, neither do we have a GG who is interested in representing Australians.

My original message to the GG below;

It would seem there is scarce an area that Labor’s carbon tax does not violate the law, the constitution, federalism or the will and well being of Australia and Australians. This carbon tax must be one of the most hideous and insidious voluminous pieces of legislation ever to be inflicted upon the Australian people, all done deceptively with grossly inadequate time for the people to respond. The carbon tax is a violation of peoples rights, a violation of good governance, a violation of the unalienable rights of the people, a violation of the constitution, a violation of federalism, a violation of justice and it should be withdrawn immediately. In its current form with the carbon tax the Gillard/Labor government have exceeded their powers under federal laws.

Even if Labors climate claims were true (which they are not) then the prudent, fair and reasonable action by a government would be to wait till such a time as climate theory is a lot more certain (and based on observation rather than models) and that Australia works in step with the rest of the world and not out of it.  The case for rushing through a poorly thought out and scantily supported useless, draconian and punitive tax has become a violation of common sense.

The carbon tax is a billion dollar exercise in futility. The whole reason for bringing in the carbon tax has been exposed as a sham when the impacts on global temperatures assuming the theory of AGW was true (when science shows it isnt) would be minuscule and it wont reduce our emissions.

The Governor General because of the illegality of the carbon tax bill has a sacred duty to the people of Australia to refuse assent to the carbon tax bill. As the Labor Government is acting illegally trying to bring the carbon tax in then the Governor General has a duty of care and obligation to the people to exercise her reserve powers and dismiss the government and call an election. If the Governor General is unable to represent the people of Australia then the Queen needs to dismiss the Governor General and appoint a Governor General more interested in the welfare and rights of
all Australians.

I wonder whether the Queen has any interest in democracy or the Australian people’s rights and freedoms!

China hacking US environment satellites?

There have been claims China has been hacking the US satellites Landsat-7 and Terra AM-1.These satellites were used to map the Earth’s terrain and monitor climate change, were disrupted in 2007 and 2008.

Landsat 7’s sensor has been called “the most stable, best characterized Earth observation instrument ever placed in orbit.”

Terra AM-1 can measure temperature and CO2 levels. Wikipedia reports that “Data from the satellite helps scientists better understand the spread of pollution around the globe. Studies have used instruments on Terra to examine trends in global carbon monoxide and aerosol pollution.[6] The data collected by Terra will ultimately become a new, 15-year global data set“.

The H online reports;

The satellites are controlled via the Svalbard Satellite Station (SvalSat) on the Arctic island of Spitsbergen. The Terra AM-1 satellite is understood to have been under the hackers’ control for a total of eleven minutes in the course of two attacks in June and October 2008. Landsat 7 is reported to have been in the hackers’ hands for a total of “12 or more minutes”, during attacks in October 2007 and July 2008. During each of these incidents, it would have been possible for the hackers to fake data, control or even crash the satellites“.

NASA however claims that there was “no manipulation of data, no commands were successfully sent to the satellite, and no data was captured”. But not everyone is convinced, and rightly so.

As China continues to profit handsomely from the global warming fraud and much of the left’s praises of China’s deception of being an environmental champion whilst it trashes the environment show that power and politics continue to try and destroy freedom and truth.

Green socialism and the carbon tax

Know I’ve posted this before but with rebuilding my website it’s going up again.

An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Green socialism would work, and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich – a great equalizer.The professor then said, “OK, we will have an experiment in this class on the Green’s plan. All grades would be averaged, and everyone would receive the same grade – so no one would have to fail, but no one would be able to receive an A.”

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy.

As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride, too, so they studied far less. The second test average was a D. No one was happy.

When the 3rd test finally rolled around, the average was an F.

As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased – but bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would agree to study for the benefit of anyone or everyone else. All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor explained to them that socialism would also ultimately fail for exactly the same reason – because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when someone (government) takes the reward away, no one will try or care enough to strive to succeed.

Couldn’t be any simpler than that.

Remember, there IS a test coming up. It’s called the Carbon Tax.

To paraphrase Thomas Sowell:  Socialism has a record of failure that is so obvious only a Green could miss it.

ALP – Australia Losers Party

It seems the ALP despots and dictators in power have refused to govern Australia and instead have chosen to unconstitutionally rule the country for the UN.

UN socialist puppet Gillard couldn’t give a rat’s a** about the Australia, between her and comrade KRudd they are sending our wealth overseas as fast as they can. Andrew Bolt reports;

Already the Gillard Government is committed to:

- doubling our foreign aid over the next five years to more than $8 billion.

- introducing an emissions trading system that will send $57 billion a year overseas by 2050 to buy permits.

- AUSTRALIA should contribute between $1.9 billion and $2.7 billion a year by 2020 to meet international commitments to help poor countries cope with climate change

And don’t forget that foreign power the UN gets 10% of all this – they must be rubbing their hands in glee. Oh and the other thing to remember is the world isn’t warming, the carbon tax with not reduce global temperatures or emissions, and the carbon tax will increase poverty and fuel poverty for many Australians.

In the meantime Bob Hawke has been doing the rounds selling the country to the middle east. Farmlandgrab reports;

FORMER Prime Minister, Bob Hawke, is leading a push to get Arabs to invest in Australian farmland as part of a long term food security strategy for oil-rich Gulf States

Don’t worry Bob about the long term food security strategy for Australia – as an ex PM of this country it’s really not your concern!

But then Labor does have a record of building infrastructure for our neighbours whilst ignoring Australia’s needs;

Paul Keating’s Mekong Bridge,

Gillard funds $500m for Islamic schools in Indonesia,

Meanwhile Australia infrastructure is crumbling. But don’t worry JuLIAR Gillard and KRudd are overseas pledging to save Europe. With the ALP charlatans of power Australia comes last.

Oh and don’t forget KRudd’s expensive bid for a UN seat.

Then there is also the issue of how boat people get privileges that most Australian’s now could only dream of. Freestatevoice reports the inequality in how the ALP treats Australian’s as trash and those overseas as princes;

BENEFITS               AGED PENSIONER                            ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS/REFUGEES

Weekly allowance   $253.00                                                       $472.50
Weekly Spouse allowance   $56.00                                          $472.50
Additional weekly hardship allowance   $0.00                   $145.00

TOTAL YEARLY BENEFIT $16,068.00                      $56,680.00

I might add and don’t forget the other benefits – free smokes, mobile phones, airfares, chefs, medicare. They can even now get reward points for other luxuries, simply by attending free lifestyle courses. I have one friend who came here under asylum and was also given a full household full of brand new furniture and appliances as well. Then there is the issue of asylum seeker violence that gets rewarded, but if you are an Australian step out of line and it’s jail for you.

Oh and then there’s Gillard constant bungling Malaysian deal! Whats another $5 million down the drain when billions have been squandered already.

Meanwhile the “OECD recently warned that Australia’s unemployment benefit was so low as to ”raise issues about its effectiveness” in enabling people to find work or study

Then there are the middle class Australians who do work hard but whose disposable income is lower than the unemployed because they get little benefits and often cannot afford holidays or new clothes. It seems fabian Gillard’s socialist dreams for this country are coming true. Penalise the hard workers and pay those who are neither workers nor Australian.

If there is anything about the Australian Labor Party it is the most un-Australian Party we have ever seen in this country’s history. Though come to think of it the ALP is probably not as un-Australian as the Greens but since these two are now joined at the hip now there’s probably no difference anyway.

Under the ALP we are seeing our wealth being transferred overseas at an ever increasing rate whilst our own get increasing neglect and fraudulent taxes. We see those in other countries enriched whilst our own are impoverished. And if you think this is bad – it is just the beginning under the ALP.

What’s next? Gillard’s gulag – as she and her comrades set up the green police to ensure you pay your green penances on time and in full to the government – otherwise excpect fines and jail. And to think many of us once voted for this failure of democracy called the ALP! Don’t worry JuLIAR and her gang of thieves will promise you anything and everything at the next election only to take it away again once they regain power. History shows the ALP rule not for Australia but for a foreign power – the UN. And if you thought there was a decent politician in the ALP – think again – not a single one of them has either the credibility or guts to cross the floor, stand up for Australian’s, get rid of this betrayer of the Australian people and give the Australian people a voice once again. Not a single Labor politician deserves to be ever re-elected again!
